I had to delete my posts, because I figured out I was thinking about the wrong picture. In this one, the leggings are just attached to the skirt - from Target. In the pictures on the post under that, I made them from women's socks, but you can buy them online and in stores (I think they are called Baby Legs), but I can't handle that much pink.
