We celebrated Kaylynn's birthday party December 19, 2009. We invited family and close friends to the shin dig. Kaylynn (as well as I) enjoyed carrot cake cupcakes and she was more than spoiled with fun toys and cute clothes! Just a tip for the future first birthday-ers out there...wait to have the party until AFTER your baby has their 12 month check-up. That MMR shot can be a beast. Kaylynn wasn't in her best mood (though her cranky moods aren't THAT cranky) due to fever and a rash from the shot. :( Despite this, she put on a smile, blew out her candle (she actually blew it out by herself!), and had a fun time with everyone!

Awww, I'm glad Panda found a good home :) We're rather unfit parents, even for a stuffed panda.
