Our baby girl is two weeks old and we love her more and more each day! We love to just sit and stare at her many faces still and we take turns stealing all her kisses. What milestones has she accomplished? Well, she has officially learned how to poop consistently. This makes Brian and I happy. She is also working on that neck control, as she lifts her head when laying on our chests or the floor. She doesn't really like the floor much though. She'll also try to "crawl" up us as she's laying on it. As far as sleeping, we have good nights and bad nights. Nothing has beaten the 10:30pm-4:00am stint we got one night. I think I told too many people about it and now she's being stubborn.
To commemorate her two weeks with us, we had lunch with G&G Moore at Clear Springs in Tyler. She also sat with Mom and I at the Windshield Medic, so Terry the Trailblazer could get operated on (seriously, this windshield place is like a hospital for cars...the workers wear scrubs, they have an "ICU", and they don't replace windshields, they do windshield transplants...fun!) She draws every one's attention wherever we go. :)
Here's what little Miss Kaylynn looks like at 2 weeks of age. They aren't the best pictures, but that's OK. My photo editing software is in Houston and most of my pictures turned out blurry. Dang you manual focus!
